The “Services” refers to the applications, services, and websites (marketing and product) provided by eliteclub®. eliteclub® may, from time to time, introduce new products and services. By entering the eliteclub® Mobile application or using the services you consent to the collection, use, sharing and processing of personal information as described herein. If you provide us with personal information about someone else, you confirm that they are aware that you have provided their information and that they consent to our use of their information according to our Privacy Policy. You may opt-out at any time to prevent further use of the information shared via the Services.

We collect several different types of information in order to provide Services to you, including:
Member Account and Registration Data: This includes information you provide to register and create your Membership with us and may include, preferred language, Country of Residence, first and last name, valid e-mail address, and a phone number. Additional information that may be provided at your option includes but is not limited to, photo, nationality, marital status, date of birth, physical address, billing information address, Gender, and a Facebook Page. You may create a Spouse or Partner Membership under your account and you will be asked to provide information that may include your Spouse or Partner’s first and last name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid e-mail address.
Although you are required to register in order to use eliteclub®, many areas of our digital properties can be accessed without providing any personal information.
Services are not intended for or designed to attract anyone under the relevant age of consent to enter into binding legal contracts under the laws of their respective jurisdictions. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User or create a membership of eliteclub® and are not allowed to transact or use our digital properties. We encourage parents and guardians to be involved in the online activities of their children to ensure that no personal information is collected from a child without their consent.
Without all of the required personal information being provided or consent being given, eliteclub® will not be able to provide the services and may not be able to handle enquiries or claims in connection to meet your needs and expectations.
Service Data (including Session and Usage data): When you use eliteclub®, we receive the information generated through the use of the Service, either entered by you or others who provide you with the service (for example, Hotel reservations, Food and Beverage bills, Voucher reservations, Coins earning and redemption, Points earning and redemption, etc.), or from the Service infrastructure itself, (for example, duration of the session, connection information, etc.) We may also collect usage and log data about how the services are accessed and used, including information about the device you are using the Services on, IP addresses, location information, language settings, what operating system you are using, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data to help us support the Services.
Third-Party Data: We may receive information about you from other sources, including publicly available databases or third parties. We may also receive information from other affiliated companies or integrated services with our platforms and infrastructure and combine this data with information we already have about you. This helps us to provide you with the service, update, expand and analyze our records, identify new prospects for marketing, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you.
There are different parties integrated into the eliteclub® services in various ways and for various reasons. When we share your personal details with a Third Party, the primary purpose is to share your reservation data with the accommodation to complete your reservation or with the restaurant to provide you with the service requested.
There are also other parties that can receive some of your data, which are parties we involve to provide you with the eliteclub® services such as payment providers to process payments, advertisers for several purposes, including for example sending out marketing material, or in some cases authorities for the prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal acts and fraud or to protect and defend our rights or properties, or the rights and properties of our business partners.
All credit/debit cards detail and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
Payment Information: We only collect payments when purchasing eliteclub® Services (eliteclub® Membership or a related product). In such case, all credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
If you make travel reservations with third-party suppliers facilitated by eliteclub®, please note that you will be redirected to a third-party online platform and the supplier processes your payment, not eliteclub®, unless otherwise specified.
You agree to review and be bound by the supplier’s policies and procedures before making a reservation through eliteclub®.
Location Information: We collect your location-based information for the purpose of providing and supporting the service and for fraud prevention and security monitoring. If you wish to opt out of the collection and use your collection information, you may do so by turning it off on your device settings.
Device Information: When you use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, the operating system version, and the device identifier (or “UDID”).
Social Media Information: We use social media in different ways to facilitate the use of our services and to promote business partners’ products and services.
You can Log in to eliteclub® with your social media account, which saves you from having to remember different user names and passwords for different online services. After you’ve signed in once, you’ll always be able to use your social media account to sign in to your eliteclub® membership account.
We have also integrated Social media plugins with eliteclub® websites and apps. This results in sharing certain information with social media providers and such information will be related to your social media account and possibly present your actions on your social media profile to be shared with others in your network.
Contact Information: Where eliteclub® Apps are obtained from Apple App Store or Google Play, we will only use permitted Contact Information when you share it with us to contact them as potential clients for eliteclub® through emails or by phone.
You acknowledge and agree that any Contact Information that You provide and share with us with personal information about someone else is submitted for promotional purposes of eliteclub® and you confirm that they are aware that You have provided their information and that they consent to our use of their information according to our Privacy Policy.
Please note that no other contact information other than the phone numbers and there to attached names Google ID and email addresses will be collected and used from your address book. Other numbers or information that may be contained in Your address book will be filtered away and therefore not be collected by eliteclub®. Please also note that You can always choose not to share Contact Information with eliteclub® and if you have shared such information and changed Your mind, You can opt out to render Your entire Contact Information unavailable for use by us.
