(BOGOF) offers, usage is unlimited, but you are limited to a maximum of 4 redemptions per visit. Some outlets may apply
different redemption limits per visit, which will be clearly indicated on the outlet’s page in the eliteclub app.
While we recommend making a reservation, you can walk in if there’s availability. You can enjoy your discount as long as it’s
not a blackout date.
To make the most of your discounts and BOGOF (Buy One Get One Free) deals, simply call the restaurant or outlet directly
to book a table and mention your eliteclub membership when making the reservation.

Your vouchers are valid at a wide selection of participating hotels, subject to the outlet’s availability on your chosen date.
You can request your voucher at least one day prior to your arrival through the eliteclub app. Some vouchers, like the
“Welcome Drink Voucher” and “Free Dessert Voucher,” can be used instantly. While dining, simply show the staff your
voucher and request to redeem it on the spot.
You’ll need to wait for confirmation before using your voucher. Once your request is confirmed, you’ll receive a notification
through the eliteclub app as well as an email confirmation. If you haven’t received confirmation yet, feel free to reach out

Submitting a request for a complimentary night stay voucher, or any other voucher, depends on availability at the time of
your request. While we do our best to secure your spot, availability can change quickly. eliteclub works with a daily quota
system and coordinates with each hotel to adjust based on their availability for your chosen date. Rest assured, if your first
choice isn’t available, we’ll assist you in finding another suitable option. Contact our Live Chat support if you need any
assistance.
If your voucher is not approved, it means that the daily quota for eliteclub members at the hotel or outlet has been
reached, or the hotel/outlet is experiencing high occupancy on the selected date. If you still wish to visit, you can use your
eliteclub discount and save the voucher for another occasion. Alternatively, you can submit a voucher request for a
different outlet. Please contact our customer support via email or live chat, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
We understand plans can change, but once a complimentary night stay voucher or any other voucher is confirmed, it can’t
be modified or canceled. If you’re unable to make it and don’t show up, the voucher will be considered as No-Show, and
you won’t be able to redeem it again. In emergency cases, we might be able to help modify voucher requests, but this
depends on the hotel’s policy and availability. Please open a ticket on the app, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Only one voucher for 2 people can be used per visit, per membership.
Most hotels or resorts allow up to 2 vouchers to be used across 2 separate visits, encouraging you to explore different

like to stay for more than one night or book more than one room at a time, eliteclub offers special rates for members. You

Vouchers cover 2 adults. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, depending on the hotel’s policy. Most hotels offer
free access for children under 6. For children aged 6-11, child rates may apply based on the hotel.
You can redeem your “Complimentary Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner for 2” voucher for a buffet for 2 people whenever the
outlet has an available buffet. If the outlet is offering an À La Carte menu, you will be entitled to a delicious meal from a
specially selected menu for eliteclub members.
You can only use one voucher per visit, whether it’s a “Dining Cash Voucher,” “Lunch or Dinner Invitation for two people,”
“Dessert Voucher for two people,” or “Welcome Drink Voucher for two people.” Each voucher is valid for a single use at the
outlet, and this encourages you to explore new places and try different dining options.
Once you’ve used the voucher type at a certain outlet, you can save the other vouchers for an enjoyable experience at
another place!
You may use one voucher per visit at the same outlet. Many partners allow you to combine discounts and vouchers.
Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the member. However, you can share your membership benefits
with family members listed under your account using the spouse card feature.
All benefits will be unavailable on the following dates: Eid El-Fitr, Eid El-Adha, National Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day,

Membership cancellations are accepted within 5 working days from the date of subscription, as long as the membership
