Can you book multiple vouchers and use discounts together?
One voucher per visit, max two at the same outlet. Many partners allow combining discounts and vouchers!

Can you use two complimentary night vouchers at once?
Only one voucher can be redeemed at a time per hotel. Explore other properties too!

How often can you use your discount benefits?
Limitless! Use discount benefits as much as you want within your membership validity.

How many times can I use my pool vouchers in the same hotel?
You can refer to the number of pool vouchers when you open the hotel profile and select vouchers tab. Many hotels and resorts are providing 2 vouchers however only one voucher can be booked for the day.

You can open the app and choose the vouchers you need. Find the voucher you want to redeem and complete the details before submitting it. All vouchers must be booked at least 1 day in advance, except for vouchers marked “Instant” which do not require booking.
