        Member Account and Registration Data:<\/b>\u00a0This includes information you provide to register and create your Membership with us and may include, preferred language, Country of Residence, first and last name, valid e-mail address, and a phone number. Additional information that may be provided at your option includes but is not limited to, photo, nationality, marital status, date of birth, physical address, billing information address, Gender, and a Facebook Page. You may create a Spouse or Partner Membership under your account and you will be asked to provide information that may include your Spouse or Partner’s first and last name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid e-mail address.<\/span>
        <\/span>Although you are required to register in order to use eliteclub<\/span>\u00ae<\/span>, many areas of our digital properties can be accessed without providing any personal information.\u00a0<\/span>

We may also receive information from other affiliated companies or integrated services with our platforms and infrastructure and combine this data with information we already have about you.         <\/span>There are also other parties that can receive some of your data, which are parties we involve to provide you with the eliteclub<\/span>\u00ae<\/span> services such as payment providers to process payments, advertisers for several purposes, including for example sending out marketing material, or in some cases authorities for the prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal acts and fraud or to protect and defend our rights or properties, or the rights and properties of our business partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

        All credit\/debit cards detail and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Payment Information: We only collect payments when purchasing eliteclub\u00ae Services (eliteclub\u00ae Membership or a related product). In such case, all credit\/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

        If you make travel reservations with third-party suppliers facilitated by eliteclub\u00ae,\u00a0please note that you will be redirected to a third-party online platform and the supplier processes your payment, not eliteclub\u00ae, unless otherwise specified. \u00a0<\/i><\/b>
        <\/b>You agree to review and be bound by the supplier\u2019s policies and procedures before making a reservation through eliteclub\u00ae.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

        Location Information:\u00a0<\/b>We collect your location-based information for the purpose of providing and supporting the service and for fraud prevention and security monitoring. If you wish to opt out of the collection and use your collection information, you may do so by turning it off on your device settings.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Device Information:\u00a0<\/b>When you use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, the operating system version, and the device identifier (or “UDID”).<\/span><\/p>\n

        Social Media Information:<\/b>\u00a0We use social media in different ways to facilitate the use of our services and to promote business partners’ products and services.<\/span>
        <\/span>You can Log in to eliteclub\u00ae with your social media account, which saves you from having to remember different user names and passwords for different online services. After you\u2019ve signed in once, you\u2019ll always be able to use your social media account to sign in to your eliteclub\u00ae membership account.<\/span>

This results in sharing certain information with social media providers and such information will be related to your social media account and possibly present your actions on your social media profile to be shared with others in your network.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Contact Information: Where <\/b>eliteclub\u00ae Apps are obtained from Apple App Store or Google Play, we will only use permitted Contact Information when you share it with us to contact them as potential clients for eliteclub\u00ae through emails or by phone.<\/span><\/p>\n

        You acknowledge and agree that any Contact Information that You provide and share with us with personal information about someone else is submitted for promotional purposes of eliteclub\u00ae and you confirm that they are aware that You have provided their information and that they consent to our use of their information according to our Privacy Policy.<\/span>

        <\/span>Please note that no other contact information other than the phone numbers and there to attached names Google ID and email addresses will be collected and used from your address book. Other numbers or information that may be contained in Your address book will be filtered away and therefore not be collected by eliteclub\u00ae.
